India Playing XI Prediction for 2nd ODI Against SriLanka
Talking about feeding Rohit Sharma in the middle order KL Rahul is now possible to get the opportunity to open the innings with the Shikhar Dhawan. The duo of KL Rahul and Shikhar Dhawan in the Test match did a fantastic job and won the hearts of everyone. If KL is opening with Dhawan then Rohit Sharma will have to bat in the middle order.
Shikhar Dhawan and Rohit Sharma will start the Indian innings. In the Champions Trophy both batsmen did wonderful batting. Dhawan has previously done a great hundred in the 1st ODI match of this series.
The middle order of the Indian team will be on the shoulders of Captain Kohli, Lokesh Rahul and Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Kohli and Lokesh Rahul are in massive form but at this time Dhoni’s bat is not going on the same selectors have even warned him that if he fails in the one-day series against Sri Lanka then a new wicket-keeper batsman will be given a chance.
Akshar Patel has been selected in the team after long time. Akshar is performing in the 1st ODI match. He gives just 35 runs in his 10 overs and took 3 wickets in his name. Kuldeep Yadav should be given the chance to replace Yuzvendra chahal because Kuldeep Yadav’s performance in the Test match was much appreciated and fantastic bowling over the West Indies tour.
Hardik Pandya struggled in the bowling. No change will be made in place of Hardik Pandya. Both Hardik Pandya and Kedar Jadhav are emerging as a great all-rounder and bowl fast with energetic batting Jadhav bowls with batting.
Bumrah is fast-medium bowler a natural with his yorkers which makes him so successful in death-overs. Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Hardik Pandya struggled in the fast bowling. Shuddul Thakur could get an opportunity to replace Bhuvneshwar Kumar. Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Bumrah were rested for the Test series but now they will be part of the team in the ODI series.
