Mini IPL Match Schedule 2017 - Time Table | Teams | Starting Date | Live Telecast


BCCI Board has decided to host for “Mini IPL” or “IPL Overseas” every September in UAE and USA.  In the month of September the BCCI Board has host a “Mini IPL” or “IPL overseas”. The Board said the final dates and schedule will b announced soon.

Good news for all cricketer fans the “Mini IPL” to take place this year. Chennai Super King and Rajasthan Royal set to return. All cricketers’ fans may soon enjoy “Mini IPL”.

What Is Mini IPL?

Mini IPL is replacement for T20 Champions League and a shorter version of IPL can be completed in 2 or 3 weeks. Eight teams will be played in the Mini IPL. The USA and the UAE are two places where Mini IPL will be played.

Tournament:     Mini IPL or IPL Overseas

Team:               8 Teams
Duration:         3 Weeks (In September)
Venue:             USA or UAE

Mini IPL Team 2017

According to BCCI eight teams will be played in this tournament. The eight teams will be announced soon. The BCCI said which country we can play in, how many teams, how many players should participate will be announced soon.

The BCCI said. "We will speak to the franchises, to the broadcaster, and look at the revenue model before finalising the dates and the format." Sony owns the broadcasting rights for the IPL till 2017.

This year after the announcement of Champions League T20 was scraped. The first time board has planning to Mini IPL Tournament with all the eight teams in the month of September. The Board said the final dates and schedule will be announced soon and The BCCI said which country we can play in, how many players, how many teams should participate.

The BCCI had been trying to fill an empty window as India are not scheduled to play any cricket till the home Tests against New Zealand start on September 22.
